Parkinson’s Disease
As a Board Member of the American Parkinson Disease Association – Illinois, Jennifer maintains a strong professional network of programs, clinicians, and service providers dedicated to Parkinson’s disease care.
Through this specialization, Senior Care Navigation is able to incorporate:
