Her experience includes working closely with high-risk and medically complex populations within health plans, designing and evaluating programs for payer organizations, and guiding individuals and families through the realities of complex care needs. She specializes in conducting thorough needs and risk assessments, developing personalized plans of care, and coordinating services that support safe, comfortable aging—whether at home or across long distances.

Jenny’s expertise spans care navigation, advocacy, crisis management, and fostering clear communication among providers, families, and support systems. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she offers informed, compassionate guidance to those facing cognitive decline and its many challenges.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys suspense and horror movies, true crime podcasts, dining out with her husband, and playing with their two dogs.
